As announced, prof. @r.carvalhobjj from @shootfightersofficial was at our gym teaching a nogi seminar where he showed his arsenal of submissions with some great details. Also, pleasure to had prof. Alain @zrteamuk again in the gym as well. Thanks to @bonyjitsu and his crew for droping by as well. It was a pleasure as well. In total 4 black belts on the mats tonight!
