Yesterday we had the pleasure of learning from the professor Krzysztof Lukaszewicz, 3rd degree black belt and head coach of ZR Team Poland/ @dragons_den_wawa from Warsaw. He was teaching a one day GI seminar at our gym. Showing his specialty Single X and X guard but with a new popular approach, the ecological approach. It is always a pleasure to see how the new approach gives new points of view of familiar guards.
